Rossi looks like Cooper and they both kind of look like Barnabas

There are a ton of these, so the posts are going to be brief.

Mike Rossi (PP) looks similar to Dale Cooper (TP). Rossi, Cooper, and Victoria Winters (DS) are all outsiders who come from elsewhere to the small town and setting for each soap. All three are characters who have secret connections to the towns which are not immediately evident. Rossi delivered Allison Mackenzie, Cooper and Laura Palmer have dreamt of each other, Vicky may be a long lost Collins and is identical to the subject of one of Sam Evans' paintings. All three are characters through which the viewers experience much of the introduction to the landmarks and other people in the series. In Dark Shadows the focus shifts from Vicky to Barnabas with the introduction of his character. Barnabas, though a Collins, is an outsider to the 1966 era and looks slightly similar to Cooper and Rossi, and all three dress similarly.
